Mike @ Exoticars was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed on all aspects of the customization on my Jaguar F-Type front grill. Mike was always honest and his knowledge and suggestions were greatly appreciated. Pricing is extremely competitive and all work performed on my vehicle was of the highest standard. The custom grill the team at Exoticars created, is among the best I have ever seen. It looks as if it came straight from the factory. Highly Recommended! I had my 91 Skyline GTR worked on by them now multiple times. From having a Titanium Exhaust done to paint work and interior. They do it all and I am very happy with the work performed. By no means is my car an exotic but it’s not a car I trust many people to work on. We needed a place to do some work on our 1990 Porsche 964 and after doing some searching and making some calls we drove the car to Exoticars to have them look at it and discuss the work we needed done. It also gave us an opportunity to look at the facility which turned out to be neat, clean, and well organized. Paul and Will came out of the shop and looked at the car while we talked about the work we wanted them to do. They both were very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to and they gave us an estimated number of hours to do the work. We dropped the Porsche off three days later, a bit awkward with ‘social distancing’, but we got it done. While the car was in their shop getting the work done Mike kept us informed on their progress by email, phone calls, and even some pictures. We picked our car up a week later and were extremely pleased with their work. They cleaned the car and even disinfected it just before our arrival. All in all we were very happy with our experience with Exoticars USA, and we will take the Porsche there again. We also liked their location. No need to drive toward NYC and the associated traffic and pot holes, just a nice quiet drive on vacant back country roads to their facility by the Delaware River. Thank you for your help. I made the mistake of having the major service on my 1990 Ferrari 348 TS done by another shop… only to have the car leaking oil after that service. I immediately contacted Exoticars, who picked the car up, serviced it correctly, righting the wrongs of the prior shop made and the car is now back, better than ever. Thankfully the prior shop partially reimbursed me for their inferior work. Lesson learned. While Exoticars isn’t the cheapest… you get what you pay for with this outstanding and professional outfit.

They were honest and the repair cost ended up less than what was previously quoted. Treated my car like a Rolls Royce. Shop was clean and employees were friendly. Labor rate is around $155/hr, but your vehicle is in good hands.

I had a tire blow out late last night on 32 and was able to get my car into the entrance of Tinicum Park, 5 miles south of Frenchtown on the PA side of the river. I’m not familiar with the area, and I didn’t have AAA, so I pulled up my yellow pages app and after trying 4 businesses (all closed), I somehow happened upon Exoticars’ phone number, despite their not being an emergency roadside service provider. Sandy tried to reach a local emergency service while she was on the phone with me but they were also closed. When she realized that I was stranded and pretty much out of options, she and her husband got into their vehicle and personally came to my rescue. Honestly, it was such an act of kindness by 2 people who didn’t know me at all. It was dark, freezing and late on a Friday night and I have no idea what I would’ve done had they not offered to come out and help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sandy and Wil. Not a lot of people would’ve done what you did or gone out of their way to help a total stranger on such a cold night.

I never write reviews but feel compelled in this case. My Mini Cooper was in and out of three shops that could not figure out the issue. Then I found Exoticars! They set expectations from the start and diagnosed the problem quickly. The work was completed swiftly and communication with Mike was awesome. These guys are experts!! I can’t thank them more for what they’ve done for my Maserati. This is my first time dealing with them, and without a doubt, I’m already a loyal customer of them. Based on a personal reference I chose to have my DB9 serviced by Exoticars USA . Considering I am employed by a luxury car importer who calls on new car dealers everyday I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. I was provided with a detailed estimate. No surprises. They took the time to review the vehicles needs and kept me updated on the vehicles progress and completion time. Once the work was completed they gave me an ETA on when they would deliver it. “I have known Wil for approximately 20 years and he has worked on many of my cars, the first being my ’66 Aston Martin DB6. He is probably one of the most honest individuals you will ever meet, and in the land of restoration shops, that’s hard to find. He is not inexpensive, and giving estimates before a job is very difficult, as one never knows what you’ll run into, but when the job is done, you can be assured it’s done to the highest quality. He and his very talented shop team are capable of tackling almost any job, with a wide range of experience on many brands of automobiles. “Specialize in Italian exotica and vintage racing. Perfectionist attitude comes at a price (less expensive than big city Ferrari dealers), but they really quite understand how to put a motorcar right. To my less than experienced eye, great body work appears to come out of this shop. They do it all except stock parts; however, they have a formidable machine shop on premise to build whatever they need. They seem to do any work ranging from total restoration to minor maintenance. They successfully sorted out my suspension and eliminated drive train vibrations in my AC MK4. I was impressed with how they document their time, providing a detailed explanation of the work performed.
